MidCon Resource Group, LLC was established to support operators who manage the Class II waste associated with the production of oil and natural gas. We have a diverse background consisting of business and construction management, regulatory, and environmental remediation and we are well connected with industry, the North Dakota Industrial Commission- Oil & Gas Division, the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, and EPA Region 8.

 

We have permitted hundreds of Class II wells while working as both regulator and consultants to industry and look forward to assisting you with navigating the regulatory environment. Midcon places the highest priority on cultivating successful, ongoing partnerships with our clients by repeatably delivering high quality services on time and on budget.   Nearly all of our clients have utilized our services for multiple projects and they all give us high marks for the deliverables they receive.
